Property Consultant Location: Pune Job Type: Full-time Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply We are looking for a Property Consultant who will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in properties. The candidate will handle leads, understand customer requirements, arrange property visits, and help clients throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities - Handle leads and connect with potential customers.

- Understand clients’ property requirements and budget.
- Explain suitable property options and projects.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Negotiate and assist in closing deals.
- Maintain valuable relationships with clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Update lead and customer information in the CRM.





Requirements - Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sales-oriented and confident personality.
- Willingness to work in a target-based environment.
- Basic knowledge of real estate is an advantage.
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills can also apply.
- Candidates should be comfortable with field visits and client meetings.
