Job Responsibilities:

- Take end‑to‑end procurement responsibility for India‑based data‑center projects, covering M&E; equipment, engineering materials and industrial goods (demand alignment, quotation, bidding, PO issuance, lead‑time tracking, logistics, goods acceptance).
- Engage with local Indian suppliers and Chinese export‑oriented suppliers. Follow order fulfillment, coordinate production, cross‑border logistics, customs clearance & local delivery.
- Resolve procurement exceptions (delivery delay, quality disputes, reconciliation, local commercial coordination) to ensure stable material supply.
- Track POs, verify documents & perform reconciliation. Establish/maintain procurement ledgers and vendor files.
- Source, evaluate and manage local Indian suppliers. Participate in technical alignment and commercial negotiation, deliver vendor assessment reports.
- Act as key liaison between HQ and India project site, drive cross‑team collaboration.

Job Requirements:





- Bachelor’s degree or above (Supply Chain, Procurement, Mechatronics, Engineering preferred).
- Solid hands‑on full-cycle procurement experience in engineering, industrial goods or M&E; equipment. Prior experience in India market infrastructure / data‑center projects is highly preferred.
- Fluent English for business negotiation & correspondence; capable of Chinese communication is a plus. Deep understanding of India local business culture, supply-chain landscape, taxation and customs-clearance rules.
- Capable of independently resolving local Indian commercial issues & procurement exceptions.
- Accept frequent business travel / onsite assignment in India. Robust cross‑cultural negotiation & problem‑solving capability.
- Proficient in MS Office; able to independently maintain procurement ledgers and vendor documents.
