Job Title: Project Manager - Database Monitoring, Support & Infrastructure

Location: India (Preferred: Bangalore/Gurgaon/Chennai)

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Database Monitoring, Production Support, and Infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage database operations, platform reliability, service delivery, incident management, capacity planning, and infrastructure-related projects while coordinating across application, infrastructure, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end delivery of database support and infrastructure projects.
- Oversee database monitoring, performance tuning, capacity planning, and operational governance.
- Drive incident, problem, change, and release management processes.
- Coordinate with DBAs, platform teams, cloud teams, application owners, and stakeholders to ensure service availability and reliability.
- Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead service reviews and operational governance meetings.
- Ensure adherence to SLAs, compliance requirements,



and operational standards.
- Drive automation, monitoring improvements, and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in Project/Program Management.
- Experience managing Database Infrastructure, Monitoring, and Production Support teams.
- Valuable understanding of Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar database platforms.
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, OEM, Grafana, or similar solutions.
- Experience in incident management, change management, and service delivery management.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or ITIL certification.
- Experience managing globally distributed support teams.

Exposure to automation, SRE practices, and infrastructure modernization programs
