The ideal candidate will be responsible for all operational and financial aspects of properties including budget control and maintenance requests. You will act as the senior manager and supervise all relevant personnel.
Responsibilities
- Manage US-based property listings and portfolios
- Handle leasing, tenant coordination, and follow-ups
- Communicate with clients via calls and messages
- Review and evaluate leasing applications
- Maintain records and update CRM systems
- Strong English communication required
- US sales/client handling experience mandatory
- Ability to work in US time zone
Qualifications
- 1 - 3 years of property experience
- Detail-oriented and robust communication skills
