Civil Project Manager

Supervise the day-to-day execution of residential and commercial construction projects.

- Review and coordinate structural, architectural, and MEP drawings as per site execution requirements.
- Supervise RCC, foundation, columns, beams, slabs, masonry, plastering, flooring, and other civil works at the site.
- Ensure that construction activities are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage contractors, subcontractors, labour teams, and site supervisors.
- Monitor daily site progress and prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR).
- Ensure project schedules, milestones, and completion timelines are properly maintained.
- Calculate material requirements and coordinate with the material planning and procurement teams.
- Inspect construction materials for quality and quantity as per project requirements.
- Verify BOQs, quantity estimations, site measurements, and contractor bills.
- Monitor compliance with site safety procedures and ensure protected working practices.




- Coordinate with consultants, architects, clients, and management through regular site meetings and discussions.
- Identify discrepancies in drawings and site-related technical issues and raise RFIs/technical clarifications as required.
- Identify construction defects and punch points and ensure timely rectification.
- Efficiently manage project costs, manpower, materials, and other resources.
- Coordinate civil works with MEP services, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and fire-fighting systems.
- Support project completion activities, including snagging, finishing inspections, handover, and project documentation.
- Maintain as-built drawings, inspection reports, measurement sheets, and other project-related documentation.

Pay: ₹29,054.51 - ₹60,000.00 per month
