Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Jaipur.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end solar project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include tracking project progress, managing timelines and budgets, supervising site activities, and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards. The role also involves handling logistics, expediting materials and equipment, coordinating inspections, and resolving operational issues to keep projects on schedule.

The Project





Manager will prepare regular status reports, support process improvements, and contribute to continuous optimization of project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong project management skills, including Project Management and Expediting, to plan, monitor, and drive timely delivery of solar projects.
- Experience as an Expeditor with knowledge of Expediting processes to ensure timely procurement and movement of critical materials.
- Inspection capabilities to oversee quality checks, compliance with technical specifications, and adherence to safety standards at project sites.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate transportation, material handling, and inventory for solar plant construction and maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Prior experience managing infrastructure or renewable energy projects, preferably in the solar sector.
- Ability to work in office, lead cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively with vendors, clients, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency with project management tools and MS Office applications.
