This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of business, technology, people, and execution .

What You’ll DoOwn Project Delivery

- Take end-to-end ownership of assigned technology projects from planning to launch.
- Define project scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, and priorities.
- Create and maintain project plans, sprint plans, and delivery roadmaps.
- Identify dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to expected quality standards.

Work Closely With Technology Teams
- Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, AI/ML engineers, cloud teams, and other stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable tasks for the technology team.
- Understand technical concepts well enough to challenge assumptions and make informed decisions.
- Ensure requirements, acceptance criteria, and priorities are clearly communicated.
- Track development progress and remove blockers quickly.

Work With Clients & Stakeholders
- Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into structured project plans.
- Conduct requirement discussions, project reviews, demos, and status meetings.
- Set realistic expectations around scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Communicate project progress, risks, changes,



and dependencies clearly.

Drive Product Thinking
- Understand the problem behind the requirement, not just the feature being requested.
- Help define MVPs and prioritize features based on business impact.
- Work with stakeholders to continuously improve the product.
- Use customer feedback, data, and project learnings to influence priorities.
- Balance business requirements with technical feasibility and delivery constraints.

Bring Process & Structure
- Establish effective Agile/Scrum practices across projects.
- Run sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other ceremonies where required.
- Maintain project documentation, requirements, decisions, and action items.
- Track project KPIs, timelines, resource utilization, and delivery health.
- Continuously improve internal project management processes.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Delivery Management, or a similar role .
- Experience working on software, SaaS, AI, web, mobile, cloud, or enterprise technology projects .
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to understand technical discussions and work effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.




- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to take a project from “What needs to be built?” to “It’s live and working.”

Valuable to Have
- Experience working with startups or technology service companies.
- Technical background or familiarity with software development.
- Experience with AI/ML or cloud-based products.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Notion, Trello, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Experience working directly with clients.
- Basic understanding of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, software architecture, and product development.
- PMP, Scrum Master, Product Management, or Agile certification is a plus, but practical experience matters more than certifications .
