Sudarshan Pipes & Fittings, Bengaluru, is a leading manufacturer of HDPE, PVC and specialty piping solutions, serving India’s growing infrastructure needs across water management, transportation, telecom, drainage, power and urban development.

As we expand our project management team, we are looking for experienced professionals from the Pipe / Metal Industry with a strong understanding of infrastructure projects.

- Project Manager – TransportationExperience: 3–5 Years

Job Objective:

Lead and manage infrastructure projects across transportation sectors, ensuring smooth execution from project planning and material supply to site installation, completion and client handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute projects involving highways, railways, metros, airports and transportation corridors.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, EPC contractors and site teams.
- Monitor project timelines, material requirements, manpower and execution.
- Ensure timely supply and installation of pipes, ducts and underground utility systems.
- Resolve technical and site-level issues to keep projects on schedule.
- Monitor quality, safety and compliance requirements.
- Track project costs, progress and profitability.
- Prepare regular project reports for management.

Ideal Candidate: Experience in infrastructure/EPC/transportation projects, particularly railways, metro, highways, airports or underground utilities.

- Project Manager – Water ManagementExperience: 5–7 Years

Job Objective:

Manage end-to-end execution of water infrastructure projects, ensuring efficient project delivery, quality,



timely material supply and successful client handover.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage drinking water, water supply, multi-village and water distribution projects.
- Coordinate with government departments, consultants, EPC contractors and clients.
- Plan material requirements and ensure timely dispatch of pipes and fittings.
- Monitor site installation, testing and commissioning activities.
- Track project schedules, costs, resources and progress.
- Ensure compliance with relevant BIS standards, technical specifications and project requirements.
- Identify and resolve execution challenges.
- Manage documentation, project reports and client communication.
- Ensure projects are delivered within time, quality and cost parameters.

Ideal Candidate: Experience in water infrastructure, water supply, Jal Jeevan Mission, municipal projects, irrigation or EPC projects, with knowledge of HDPE/PVC piping systems being an advantage.

- Project Manager – Builders / DevelopersExperience: 5–7 Years

Job Objective:

Manage piping and ducting requirements for residential, commercial, industrial and large-scale development projects, from order coordination through execution and completion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage projects for builders, developers, residential layouts,



commercial developments and industrial projects.
- Understand project drawings, BOQs, technical specifications and material requirements.
- Coordinate with developers, contractors, consultants and site engineers.
- Plan and monitor supply of water, drainage, sewerage and utility ducting products.
- Ensure timely material delivery aligned with construction schedules.
- Coordinate with site teams for installation and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor project progress, quality and customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for additional product requirements and project expansion.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular management updates.

Ideal Candidate: Experience in real estate, construction, building infrastructure, MEP, plumbing, piping or project execution, preferably with exposure to builders/developers and large construction projects.
