Qualification: Graduate/MBA preferred.
Experience: 1+ years in skill development/project management, preferably Government/NSDC/State skill projects. Overall responsibility for project planning, implementation and target achievement .
Manage Training
Centres, mobilization, training, assessment, placement and retention . Monitor project MIS, portal updates, documentation and compliance . Coordinate with Government departments, employers and other stakeholders . Lead the project team and conduct regular performance reviews. Ensure quality, timelines, SOP compliance and successful project outcomes . Robust communication, team management, MIS and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel across project locations.
