We are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master with 5 to 8 years of experience in Agile project delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional team coordination. The candidate will be responsible for driving project execution, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring timely delivery, managing risks and dependencies, and fostering Agile best practices across teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Agile/Scrum teams to deliver projects on time, within scope, and with high quality.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.




- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, and Development Teams to define and prioritize project requirements.
- Track project progress, identify risks/issues, and implement mitigation plans.
- Manage project schedules, deliverables, resource allocation, and dependencies.
