QAD ERP Project Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced QAD ERP Project Manager to lead large-scale QAD implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and support programs. The role requires strong project leadership, customer management, team management, and business-growth orientation .

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end QAD ERP projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, quality, and risk are well managed.
- Manage large and geographically distributed teams and build strong second-line leadership.
- Own customer relationships, governance, escalations, and executive stakeholder communication.
- Drive Agile/Hybrid delivery methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Work with Presales and Solution teams on proposals, estimations, solutioning, and new business opportunities .
- Identify opportunities for cross-sell, upsell, rollouts, and account growth .
- Promote adoption of AI, automation, recent technologies, and up-to-date delivery methods .
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project outcomes.





Required Skills & Experience

- 15+ years of IT experience with strong QAD ERP project management experience.
- Proven experience managing large teams and complex/global projects .
- Strong QAD implementation, upgrade, rollout, or support experience.
- Excellent customer-facing, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Agile and adaptable mindset with willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Certifications Relevant Project/Program Management certifications.
