Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage upgrade projects, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards throughout all project phases.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, preferably in IT services.
