Role SummaryWe are looking for a Project Manager/Product Manager with hands-on experience managing AI/ML/GenAI projects or products. The candidate will work closely with business, technology, data science and engineering teams to drive AI initiatives from requirements and planning through delivery and adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of AI/ML/GenAI projects.
- Define project/product scope, roadmap, milestones and priorities.
- Gather and translate business requirements into actionable product/project requirements.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML and Business teams.
- Track project timelines, dependencies, risks and deliverables.
- Manage Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Work with stakeholders to prioritize features and manage product backlog.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure successful deployment and adoption of AI solutions.
- Identify risks and proactively drive mitigation plans.
- Manage cross-functional and senior stakeholder communication.
- Ensure AI initiatives align with business objectives and measurable outcomes.
Mandatory Skills
- 4–8 years of experience in Project Management / Product Management / Technical Project Management.
- Hands-on experience managing AI/ML/GenAI projects or products.
- Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, NLP or Machine Learning concepts.
- Robust experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in requirement gathering, roadmap planning and backlog management.
- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred
- Financial Services / Banking / FinTech domain experience.
- Experience working with AI/GenAI product development teams.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence or similar project-management tools.
- Experience managing multiple AI initiatives or technology products.
