Role & responsibilities

- Plan and manage branding and signage projects across multiple locations.

- Coordinate with Design, Procurement, Finance and regional teams for smooth execution.

- Manage vendors and ensure work is completed on time, within budget and as per quality standards.

- Review vendor quotations, costs and commercial proposals.

- Track project budgets, purchase orders, invoices and expenses.

- Ensure all branding and signage follows approved brand guidelines.

- Monitor site progress through photos, reports and measurements.

- Identify and resolve delays, quality issues and pending work.

- Maintain project MIS and regularly update project status.

- Ensure timely completion, snag closure and proper project handover.

Preferred candidate profile

- 38 years’ experience in Project Management / Execution.

- Experience in Branding, Signage or Retail Rollouts.

- Robust Vendor Management & Site Execution experience.

- Candidates from Signage, Retail, Interior Fit-out or Events industries.
