We are seeking an experienced and execution-focused Project Manager to drive operational excellence and support key growth initiatives within our technology organization. Reporting directly to leadership, this role will be instrumental in translating business priorities into action through effective cross-functional collaboration, process optimization, and successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a strong ownership mindset and the ability to build scalable processes, align stakeholders, conduct kick-off meetings, and deliver results in a fast-paced startup environment. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, effective risk management, and operational discipline to streamline execution, enhance efficiency, and drive business growth on a scale.

Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution of strategic and operational projects across the organization. You will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multiple priorities, create structure in a growing environment, and ensure operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities





· Own and drive end-to-end project execution from planning to delivery.

· Build and streamline project management processes for a scaling startup.

· Maintain process assets (SOPs, Checklists, BRDs, Process Maps etc.) and establish best practices.

· Understand business requirements, operating business rules, data, and underlying processes to communicate with development team.

· Proficiency in using project management tools to track, monitor, and report project progress (MS Project, CCPM, Gantt Charts, and presentations).

· Monitor and track project progress, KPIs, budgets, timelines, and resource utilization to ensure accountability, drive action-oriented follow-ups, and deliver projects on schedule.

· Prepare project dashboards, reports, and presentations; conduct project review meetings with leadership and cross-functional teams; present status updates; and work closely with leadership to execute strategic priorities.

· Define project scope, plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation; proactively identify and mitigate risks and dependencies; and drive operational efficiency through continuous process improvement.

· Foster robust collaboration and communication across teams.

Qualifications

· Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.

· Minimum 4–6 years of relevant project/program management experience.

· Experience in Pharma, Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Biotechnology.

· PMP Certification preferred.
