Matrix Smart Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Manager – Projects to lead and oversee the execution of technology infrastructure projects.

? Experience: 10–12 years of relevant experience

? Qualification: B.E./ B. Tech with MBA/PGDM OR ME/MTech

? Department: Projects

? Reporting To: GM – Projects

About the Role:The Manager – Projects will be responsible for leading the execution of technology infrastructure projects, particularly in areas such as CCTV, Security Systems, NOC, SOC, and ICCC environments.

The role requires a combination of solid project leadership, technical understanding, operational execution, stakeholder coordination, and team management to ensure successful project delivery within defined cost, quality, and timeline parameters.

Key Responsibilities:? Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with client requirements.

? Manage end-to-end project execution while ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, quality standards, and deliverables.

? Lead and motivate project teams and ensure effective allocation and utilization of resources.

? Conduct project risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.





? Drive quality assurance and ensure that project solutions meet the required technical and operational standards.

? Identify and resolve project bottlenecks, execution challenges, and conflicts.

? Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

? Drive accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence across projects.
