Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Project Manager to lead and manage residential construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for overall site execution, project planning, team management, quality, safety, cost control, and timely completion of the project.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and monitor all construction activities at the project site.

- Ensure timely completion of the project as per approved schedule and budget.

- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, subcontractors, consultants, architects, and vendors.

- Monitor work quality and ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.

- Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and work plans.

- Manage manpower, materials, equipment, and other site resources efficiently.





- Identify site-related issues and provide timely solutions to avoid delays.

- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.

- Monitor project costs and control unnecessary expenses.

- Conduct regular site meetings and review daily/weekly project progress.

- Report project status, challenges, and requirements to the management.

- Ensure proper coordination between all departments for smooth project execution.

Requirements

- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction, preferably residential projects.

- Robust knowledge of site execution, planning, billing, quality, and project management.

- Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple teams and deliver projects within deadlines.

Residential project experience is mandatory.
