Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Mysore.

The Project

Manager oversees end-to-end project execution for industrial automation and robotics solutions, from initial planning and resource allocation to installation and commissioning. Daily responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams, managing timelines and budgets, expediting materials and components, and working closely with logistics and inspection teams to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards. The role involves regular communication with clients and internal stakeholders, preparing project documentation and status reports, and proactively identifying and mitigating project risks.

The Project





Manager is expected to drive continuous improvement in project processes and support the successful implementation of PLANTEK’s automation solutions in domestic and international locations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management experience and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Candidates should possess expediting-related skills, such as experience as an Expeditor and expertise in Expediting activities to ensure timely availability of materials and services.
- Candidates should possess inspection capabilities, including familiarity with Inspection processes and coordination with quality teams for industrial automation projects.
- Candidates should possess logistics management skills, including Logistics Management experience for handling shipments, installations, and on-site coordination.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field are beneficial.
- Robust organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience in industrial automation, robotics, or manufacturing environments, and familiarity with special purpose machines or automation systems, is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, with the ability to document project plans, schedules, and reports effectively.
