Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Lucknow.

The Project

Manager will oversee end-to-end planning and execution of skilling and employability projects, ensuring alignment with CSR partners, corporate clients, and educational institutions.

Responsibilities include defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables; coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders; and monitoring progress to meet training and placement targets. The role involves managing logistics for training programs,



tracking participant outcomes, preparing reports and documentation, and ensuring compliance with project guidelines.

The Project

Manager will also identify risks, implement corrective actions, and contribute to continuous improvement of program quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

- Project Management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Expeditor and Expediting skills to track deliverables, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Inspection skills to review training quality, adherence to project standards, and compliance with partner expectations.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate venues, schedules, materials, and resources for on-site training and events.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills for working with CSR partners, colleges, corporate clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze data, track outcomes, and prepare transparent project status reports and presentations.
- Experience in education, skilling, CSR projects, or employability programs is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Social Sciences, or a related field; relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
