Concept Conferences is looking for a Project Manager to lead end-to-end planning and execution of medical association conferences — from client onboarding through to post-event reporting. You'll be the primary point of contact for association boards/committees and will manage vendors, budgets and on-ground delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own conference lifecycle: venue selection, budgeting, timelines, vendor coordination (AV, F&B;, travel, printing)
- Manage abstract submission and scientific programme logistics alongside the association's scientific committee
- Handle delegate registration systems, sponsor/exhibitor coordination and CME accreditation logistics where applicable
- Serve as day-to-day client contact for association boards and committees
- Lead in office execution — staff coordination,
run-of-show management, troubleshooting in real time
- Prepare budgets, track expenses and deliver post-event reports
Requirements
- 3–6 years in PCO/DMC/event management; prior experience with medical/scientific association conferences strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of registration/abstract management platforms
- Strong Excel and budget management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication — comfortable presenting to association boards
- Willingness to travel for on-site events
Nice to Have
- Existing relationships with venues, AV vendors, or hotel banquet teams in India
- Exposure to international conference standards (visa letters, foreign delegate handling)
