Role Description The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met for assigned initiatives. This full-time, on-site role based in Udaipur involves coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to track progress, manage risks, and resolve issues in a timely manner.

Day-to-day responsibilities include planning project activities, monitoring milestones, managing documentation, and ensuring alignment with contractual and operational requirements.

The Project

Manager will also supervise expediting activities, support inspection processes,



and collaborate closely with logistics and operations to maintain smooth execution and on-time delivery. This role requires proactive communication, structured reporting, and continuous attention to process improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, and coordination of multi-stakeholder projects.
- Experience with Expeditor and Expediting activities to ensure timely procurement, vendor follow-up, and delivery tracking.
- Knowledge of Inspection processes, quality checkpoints, and compliance with relevant standards or client requirements.
- Logistics Management experience, including coordination of shipments, documentation, and alignment with project timelines.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field.
- Proficient in project management and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Project, Excel, project dashboards).
- Robust communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work on-site in Udaipur, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to fast-paced operational environments.
