Job Role Paint Project Manager / Operations Manager We are looking for an experienced Paint Project Manager / Operations Manager with practical knowledge of painting works and site operations. The candidate will be responsible for managing painting projects from initial site inspection through final handover, ensuring quality, timely completion, and effective manpower and material management.
Key Responsibilities Project Management
Manage painting projects from site inspection to final handover.
Plan and coordinate painting activities according to project requirements.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion.
Ensure painting work is carried out as per required quality standards.
Identify and resolve site-related issues effectively.
Site Operations Conduct site inspections and assess painting requirements.
Supervise day-to-day painting activities at project sites.
Monitor manpower and allocate workers according to project requirements.
Ensure proper execution of painting work and maintain productivity.
Coordinate with customers and other stakeholders at the site.
Manpower & Material Management Plan and control manpower requirements for different projects.
Manage paints, tools, equipment, and other materials.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and minimize wastage.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely material availability.
