The role primarily supports customers in North America and requires candidates to be comfortable working aligned with Eastern Time (ET) business hours, which will generally involve an evening/night shift in India. Flexibility is required during deployment, cutover and go-live periods.

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take complete ownership of customer deployments from the point of signed order through implementation, go-live, stabilization and final billing.

The role will manage a portfolio of projects, with the majority being North America-based deployments, and will act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, technical teams, installation partners and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, hands-on and comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. They should have strong follow-through, excellent communication skills and the ability to proactively identify risks, manage escalations and ensure projects are delivered within committed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end delivery of multiple customer projects.
- Maintain project trackers covering timelines, milestones, risks, blockers and go-live dates.
- Coordinate with engineering, integration, menu configuration, hardware, logistics, support and field installation teams.
- Act as the primary delivery contact for client-side project managers, IT, operations and other stakeholders.
- Manage client dependencies including network readiness, site readiness, POS access, menu data, credentials and training schedules.
- Develop deployment plans covering hardware ordering, shipment, staging, configuration, installation,



integration testing, UAT, training and go-live.
- Coordinate installation partners and field technicians across multiple locations.
- Conduct go-live readiness reviews and manage hypercare/stabilization after deployment.
- Track commercial milestones, purchase orders, invoicing and project-linked receivables.
- Maintain risk and issue logs and proactively manage scope changes and escalations.
- Drive standardization of project templates, checklists and deployment processes.

Candidate Profile The candidate should have:
- 5+ years of Project Management experience
- At least 3 years of experience managing technology deployments involving both hardware and software
- Strong experience in multi-site rollouts / enterprise deployments
- Experience managing external clients, vendors, installation partners and distributed internal teams
- Robust stakeholder and client management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in American English
- Strong project tracking, reporting and spreadsheet skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize based on deployment timelines and risks

Preferred Background Candidates with experience in the following sectors/products would be highly relevant:

POS | Point of Sale | Kiosk | Restaurant Technology | Retail Technology | Payments | Digital Ordering | SaaS + Hardware | IT Deployment | System Integration

Exposure to platforms such as Oracle Simphony, enterprise POS systems, hardware logistics, field installation, reseller/channel partner management or CRM systems such as Zoho would be an advantage.

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Scrum certification would be an added benefit.
