Role Description The PROJECT MANAGER - NON-TECHNICAL/IMPLEMENTATION LEAD – US HEALTHCARE is a full-time, on-site role based in Sholinganallur. This role is responsible for leading and coordinating end-to-end implementation of US healthcare projects, including planning timelines, organizing resources, and monitoring progress to ensure successful delivery.

The individual will manage stakeholder communication, gather and document requirements, track milestones, and resolve issues or risks that could impact project outcomes. Daily tasks include conducting status meetings, preparing reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams,



and ensuring that implementation activities align with client expectations and regulatory standards. The role also involves optimizing processes, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and stakeholder coordination.
- Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to ensure timely completion of tasks, deliverables, and dependencies.
- Candidates should possess Inspection-related skills to verify quality, compliance, and adherence to project requirements.
- Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to handle resource allocation, workflow coordination, and operational support.
- Experience in US healthcare processes, regulations, or payer/provider operations is highly beneficial.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and with clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, operations management, or a related field preferred.
- Proven ability to work in office in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously.
