: Project Manager – AI Projects

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experiencedProject Managerto lead end-to-end delivery of AI/GenAI initiatives and technology projects. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive project execution in Agile environments, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while achieving measurable business outcomes.

The role requires a solid understanding ofAI project lifecycles, data dependencies, model development, integrations and responsible AI practices.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver projects:Own end-to-end planning and delivery of AI/GenAI and technology projects from initiation to closure.
- Lead project ceremonies:Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and stakeholder governance.
- Manage teams and stakeholders:Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, developers, data engineers, QA, UX and business stakeholders.
- Define and track plans:Translate business objectives into project plans, milestones, deliverables, timelines, budgets and resources.
- Manage AI project dependencies:Oversee AI-specific dependencies such as data availability/quality, model development, experiments, integrations, testing, deployment and adoption.
- Monitor and control:Track scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues and dependencies; ensure proactive mitigation and timely resolution.
- Collaborate with AI teams:Work closely with data scientists, ML engineers and architects to track model development, evaluation, validation and production readiness.
- Governance and reporting:Maintain RAID logs, dashboards, status reports and other project artifacts; communicate progress, risks and escalations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure quality and compliance:Ensure adherence to organizational processes, security, data privacy, compliance and responsible AI guidelines.
- Drive continuous improvement:Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimize delivery practices and tools.




- Handover and adoption:Ensure smooth transition to operations, knowledge transfer and post-go-live support.

AI / GenAI Project Management Skills:

- Understanding ofAI/ML and Generative AI project lifecycle and delivery methodology.
- Experience managing AI use cases such asGenAI applications, AI assistants, chatbots, automation, RAG or AI-enabled business solutions.
- Understanding of AI project dependencies includingdata, LLM/model selection, APIs, integrations, evaluation, security and deployment.
- Ability to work closely with AI/ML engineers, data scientists, architects and business teams.
- Understanding ofAI model evaluation, accuracy, hallucination, prompt engineering and RAG conceptsat a project-management level.
- Awareness ofResponsible AI, data privacy, security, governance and AI risk management.
- Ability to define AI project milestones, acceptance criteria, KPIs and business-value measurements.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of overall experience in IT project management.
- Proven experience delivering complex technology projects in Agile and/or Waterfall environments
- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong skills in project planning, estimation, scheduling, risk management and issue resolution.
- Experience with project management tools such asJIRA, Azure DevOps/TFS, Asana or equivalent.
- Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such asPMP, CSM, SAFe Agilist or equivalentare preferred.
- Experience inAI/GenAI or data-driven projectsis a strong advantage.
