Role Overview​

Role Overview We are seeking a Program Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of enterprise transformation initiatives across Process Mining (Celonis), Data & Analytics, and AI/ML, including emerging Agentic AI use cases. The role ensures strong program governance, stakeholder alignment, and disciplined delivery across cross-functional teams. It involves managing execution cadence, risks, dependencies, and performance tracking while enabling data-driven decision-making, process optimization, and measurable business value realization.

Key Skills

· Strong program and portfolio governance across transformation initiatives,



including process mining and run-the-business roadmaps

· End-to-end delivery management with expertise in scope tracking, dependency management, milestone monitoring, and execution cadence

· Robust risk and issue management, including structured escalation handling, mitigation planning, and decision governance

· Ability to effectively bridge leadership, business, technology, compliance, and partner teams to drive aligned execution

· Expertise in resource planning, partner/vendor coordination, and productivity tracking across programs

· Robust governance discipline with experience in maintaining program artifacts, decision logs, and tracking mechanisms

· Proven ability to run governance cadence, leadership reviews, and executive communications with clarity and impact

· Strong focus on KPI tracking, benefits realization, adoption metrics, and overall delivery health monitoring

· Experience in driving transformation across Process Mining (Celonis), Data & Analytics, AI/ML, and operational excellence programs

· Excellent executive storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable narratives
