Role Summary

We are hiring a Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of all initiatives involving Supply Chain Operational Systems across TMRW brands. This person will be the single point of accountability for planning, coordinating, and launching OMS/WMS/LMS-related projects — from new integrations and rollouts to enhancements and issue resolution — ensuring they go live on time, within scope, and with minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the project roadmap for all SCM-related 3PL initiatives (OMS/WMS/LMS for recent store/channel onboarding, warehouse or inventory module rollouts, marketplace integrations, custom workflow builds, etc.)

- Translate business requirements into clear project plans, timelines, and milestones

- Coordinate across internal stakeholders (operations, tech/engineering, finance, customer support) and external parties (OMS/WMS/LMS’s implementation/support team, third-party vendors) to keep projects moving

- Track dependencies, flag risks early, and proactively resolve blockers that could delay a launch

- Run regular status meetings, maintain project trackers, and report progress to leadership

- Coordinate UAT (user acceptance testing) before go-live, ensuring issues are logged and resolved

- Own the go-live process for each project — sequencing cutover activities, confirming rollback plans,



and validating post-launch stability

- Document processes and maintain a knowledge base of configurations, integrations, and lessons learned

- Continuously look for ways to standardise and speed up future OMS/WMS rollouts

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in e-commerce, retail operations, or supply chain/logistics tech

- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce or a comparable order management system (OMS) / warehouse management system (WMS) — e.g., configuring workflows, managing integrations, or coordinating go-lives — strongly preferred

- Support Operational teams as an SME for OMS, WMS, LMS systems.

- Solid stakeholder management skills; comfortable coordinating across technical and non-technical teams

- Proven track record of shipping projects on schedule

- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, Ms.Excel or similar)

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and shifting priorities

Nice to Have

- Experience with marketplace integrations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)

- Basic understanding of APIs and how OMS/WMS platforms integrate with ERPs, POS, or shipping aggregators

PMP, CSM, or equivalent project management certification
