Project Lead, Interior Execution
Job Title: Project Lead Interior Execution
Industry: Hospitality / Luxury Hotels / Interior Fit-Out

Location: As per Project Requirement
Reporting To: Project Head / Head Projects / Design Director
Job Purpose The Project Lead Interior Execution will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all interior Design Execution work for a luxury Residential project. The role involves ensuring high-quality execution in line with approved designs, brand standards, project timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Lead the end-to-end execution of interior fit-out works for Residential projects.
- Develop and monitor detailed project execution plans, schedules, and milestones.
- Ensure timely completion of all interior works within approved budgets and quality standards.
- Coordinate site activities from mobilization to final handover.
1. Design & Consultant Coordination
- Coordinate closely with Interior Designers, Architects, MEP Consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Review IFC drawings, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.
- Identify design gaps and execution challenges and propose practical solutions.
- Ensure site execution aligns with the approved luxury hotel design concept and brand standards.
1. Site & Contractor Management
- Lead and coordinate interior contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Monitor manpower deployment and productivity at the site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings.
- Ensure contractors adhere to project schedules and quality requirements.
1. Quality Control
- Establish and maintain high standards of workmanship suitable for a 5-star hospitality workplace.
- Conduct regular quality inspections and snagging activities.
- Ensure timely rectification of defects and non-conformities.
- Monitor mock-ups and sample approvals before large-scale execution.
1. Material & Procurement Coordination
- Coordinate with procurement teams for timely availability of materials.
- Review and approve samples, finishes, fixtures, and interior materials.
- Track long-lead items and ensure timely delivery to the project site.
- Ensure materials meet approved specifications and luxury brand standards.
1. Budget & Cost Management
- Monitor project costs against approved budgets.
- Review contractor bills and work completion status.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or design intent.
- Manage variations and additional work requirements.
1. Stakeholder Management
- Act as a key coordination point between management, consultants, designers, contractors, and hotel operations teams.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management.
- Manage client expectations and ensure timely resolution of project-related issues.
1. Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all site activities comply with applicable safety regulations.
- Maintain adherence to statutory requirements and project policies.
- Ensure proper documentation and site records are maintained.
1. Project Handover
- Lead pre-handover inspections and snagging activities.
- Ensure completion of all pending works before final handover.
- Coordinate with hotel operations and facilities teams for a smooth transition.
- Ensure submission of as-built drawings, warranties, manuals, and project documentation.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
- 1015 years of relevant experience in Interior Fit-Out and Project Execution.
- Experience in luxury hotels, 5-star hotels, premium hospitality, resorts, or high-end residential projects is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale interior execution projects.
