Role & responsibilities

- Lead the execution of 34 industrial EPC projects simultaneously.
- Oversee complete project execution from planning through commissioning and handover.
- Ensure project delivery within budget, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Handle client meetings, project reviews, contractual discussions, and critical escalations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, and Site Execution teams.
- Provide strategic guidance and leadership to Project Managers and site teams.
- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and financial resources.
- Review project performance, profitability, and resource planning across all assigned projects.
- Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in project execution.
- Submit periodic MIS and project performance reports to senior management.
