Project Officer – Community-Level Project

We are looking for a Project Officer to support the implementation and coordination of a community-level project. The role involves working directly with communities, beneficiaries, local institutions, and project partners to ensure smooth and effective delivery of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and implement project activities at the community and field level.
- Conduct regular field visits and interact with community members and beneficiaries.
- Mobilise and engage community groups and stakeholders.
- Organise community meetings, awareness programmes, training sessions, and workshops.
- Identify community needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Maintain beneficiary records, attendance, field data, photographs, and project documentation.




- Monitor project activities and progress against targets and timelines.
- Collect, verify, and maintain field-level data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project reports.
- Document project outcomes, success stories, feedback, and challenges.
- Coordinate with local organisations, institutions, community groups, and other stakeholders.
- Communicate field-level updates and issues to the Project Head/Coordinator.
- Support monitoring, evaluation, and other project-related activities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
