Role Summary

We're looking for a Project Engineer to drive the execution of engineering projects from concept to production. The role focuses on identifying and resolving project constraints, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects progress on schedule through proactive planning, communication, and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive day-to-day execution of engineering projects
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and Vendors
- Identify technical and execution constraints, risks, and dependencies, and drive timely resolution
- Work closely with engineering teams to understand product architecture, design challenges, and technical trade-offs
- Ensure action items are clearly assigned, tracked, and closed
- Monitor project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Facilitate cross-functional meetings and maintain alignment across stakeholders
- Prepare project dashboards, KPIs, and management updates
- Improve project execution through standardization, automation, and digital tools

Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related Engineering discipline
- Good understanding of mechanical and/or electronic systems, with the ability to participate confidently in technical discussions
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management




- Analytical thinking with a structured approach to execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills

- MS Project, TeamGantt, or similar project management tools
- Familiarity with ERP/PLM systems
- Basic Python or automation scripting

AI-Enabled Project Execution We use Claude to accelerate planning, documentation, reporting, meeting summaries, and workflow automation. Candidates should be comfortable leveraging AI to improve productivity while applying sound engineering judgment.
