01 — The role
Why this role exists at EduRankAI
EduRankAI is launching the Quantum Science & Technology + ASI National Bootcamp — a 30-day national initiative to identify, train, and mentor the next generation of talent in Quantum Technologies, Artificial Superintelligence (ASI), Research, Innovation, and Emerging Technologies. We are seeking an exceptional Project Director to lead the planning, execution, partnerships, operations, and overall success of this flagship national program. You will own the bootcamp end-to-end — from curriculum architecture and institutional partnerships to participant selection, daily delivery, mentor coordination, and the post-program research + placement pipeline.
This is a builder's role. You will define the gold standard for how India identifies and trains its frontier-AI and quantum-tech generation, with full editorial and operational autonomy over the program.
02 — The work
What you will own
- 01 Own the end-to-end design and execution of the 30-day national bootcamp — schedule, modules, daily delivery, outcomes framework
- 02 Build the academic + research curriculum spanning Quantum Computing fundamentals, Quantum Algorithms, ASI architectures, Reasoning Systems, Safety & Alignment, Frontier AI Research methods, and Emerging Tech (quantum sensing, photonics, hybrid quantum-classical)
- 03 Recruit, brief, and direct the mentor + speaker bench — quantum researchers, ASI scientists, industry CTOs, founders, IIT/IISc/TIFR faculty
- 04 Establish institutional partnerships with universities, national labs (DST, DRDO, ISRO, C-DAC, BARC), and industry partners for compute access, lab visits, and post-program placements
- 05 Design participant selection — application screen, technical assessment, interview panel, final cohort of 100-200 selected candidates
- 06 Lead operations: program logistics, venue/online infrastructure, compute provisioning, materials, certification, communication
- 07 Manage program budget, sponsors, and partner reporting
- 08 Define and measure outcomes — research papers, prototypes, placements, follow-on funding, alumni network
- 09 Author the post-bootcamp report, the alumni placement track, and the v2 program design for the next cohort
- 10 Represent the program externally — press, government briefings, partner meetings, recruiter events
