Role Description The Project Coordinator will support planning, execution, and monitoring of renewable energy projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, preparing project documentation, tracking progress against milestones, and reporting risks or issues to project leadership. The role involves organizing meetings, maintaining project schedules, managing documentation and approvals, and assisting in resource allocation and logistics for on-site activities.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad,



requiring regular presence at project locations and the company office to ensure smooth project operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in project coordination, project scheduling, and basic project management, including tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Candidates should possess skills in documentation, report preparation, and proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for project records and presentations.
- Candidates should possess strong communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Candidates should possess skills in problem-solving, attention to detail, and analytical thinking to identify issues and support timely resolution.
- Candidates should possess a basic understanding or interest in renewable energy technologies such as solar, wind, battery storage, and related infrastructure.
- Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy management, business, or a related field are preferred.
- Prior experience in project coordination, EPC, or infrastructure projects, especially in the renewable energy sector, will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, adapt to field conditions, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is required.
