- Develop and maintain a detailed program plan, including tasks, timelines, milestones etc.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the program team
- Act as the primary point of contact for the program-related communications, both internally and externally
- Ensuring that all the program staff is trained adequately
- Keep a track on the program level activities as per the pre-agreed timelines and deliverables
- Ensure the completion of Non AE data on an monthly basis as per the guidelines of Pfizer
- Ensure the completion of Oversight on quaterly basis as per the guidelines of Pfizer
- Provide regular updates and reports to the stakeholders on the program status, achievements and challenges
- Lead regular program meetings to assess progress, identify roadblocks, and drive decision-making
- Provide accurate and timely reporting of the program/projects status
- Adverse event management and adverse event reporting
What we are looking for
- Master's degree (Preferred) or bachelor's degree with atleast 5 years of experience
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams with full ownership of tasks at hand
- Ability to problem solve, prioritize and multitask while working in a highly charged environment
- Proven experience in program management or related roles, with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
- Robust understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
