- Job Summary

The Project Coordinator assists in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects. They work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project operations, timely delivery, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing project plans, schedules, and timelines
- Coordinate project activities and ensure tasks are completed on time
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports
- Maintain project documentation, files, and records
- Communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Schedule and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and minutes
- Track budgets, expenses, and resource allocation
- Identify potential risks and issues and escalate when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and project requirements
- Support project managers in administrative and operational tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Proven experience in project coordination or administrative roles
- Robust organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello)
- Good problem-solving and time management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications · Experience in a relative industry or profile.

Familiarity with budgeting and reporting tools

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
