? WE’RE HIRING | PROJECT COORDINATOR

Solis Pharmaceuticals Inc. is looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team in Ahmedabad .

The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating projects, maintaining documentation, following up with internal teams, and ensuring that project activities are completed smoothly and on time.

? Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects progress according to plan.
- Maintain and update project documents, trackers, reports, and records.
- Monitor project timelines and follow up with relevant stakeholders on pending activities.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas/minutes, and track action items and commitments.
- Support effective communication between internal teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support continuous improvement and process coordination initiatives.

? Candidate Profile





- Diploma in Pharmacy or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical company, laboratory, project coordination, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong coordination, documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

? Compensation

₹2.0–₹2.5 Lakhs per annum, depending on the candidate’s experience, skills, and suitability for the role.

? Location: Ahmedabad

? Experience: 1–2 Years

? Employment Type: Full-time

? Working Days: 5 days a week

? Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday
