Role Description The Project Coordinator at LifeWall is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. This role is responsible for coordinating outdoor design and installation projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Day-to-day tasks include liaising between clients, designers, engineers, and installers; scheduling site visits; tracking project progress; and maintaining clear documentation.

The Project

Coordinator will handle basic procurement follow-ups, monitor in office work, resolve minor operational issues, and provide regular status updates to management and clients.



The role also involves supporting process improvements and contributing to a positive and safe work environment on project sites.

Qualifications

- Ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage timelines, and organize resources effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients, designers, and on-site teams.
- Basic understanding of construction, landscaping, or interior/exterior design workflows is preferred.
- Proficiency with office and project-tracking tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project management or scheduling software).
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to follow structured processes.
- Capacity to work on-site in Delhi, visit project locations, and supervise day-to-day activities as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, engineering, design, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in project coordination, site management, or operations support is beneficial.
