About the Role

We are looking for a Project Coordinator – Embedded Systems with 2–3 years of experience to support the planning, coordination, and execution of embedded product development projects.

The role involves coordinating across customer requirements, hardware, firmware, software, mechanical, testing, manufacturing, and delivery teams . The candidate should have good project coordination skills along with a basic understanding of embedded systems and engineering processes.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Support

· Coordinate project activities, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

· Follow up with technical teams on tasks, deadlines, and dependencies.

· Coordinate between hardware, firmware, software, mechanical, testing, and manufacturing teams .

· Track project progress and highlight delays, blockers, and risks.

· Coordinate project meetings and track action items.

· Support Project Managers and Technical Leads in day-to-day project activities.

· Communicate project updates to management and customers when required.

Documentation, Process & Quality Support

· Maintain project plans, requirements, reports, and project documentation.

· Track changes in requirements, scope, and project deliverables.

· Maintain meeting minutes, action items, and decision records.

· Support project processes, reviews, and quality documentation.

· Ensure project information is properly updated and communicated to relevant teams.

· Assist in preparing project status and progress reports.

General & Administrative Support

· Schedule and coordinate project meetings.

· Maintain project trackers and task boards.

· Follow up with internal teams and external stakeholders.

· Support resource and activity planning.

· Maintain project records and other administrative documents.

· Assist with coordination of prototype, testing, production, and delivery activities.

Requirements





Technical Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

· 2–3 years of experience in project coordination, embedded systems, electronics, or a similar role.

· Basic understanding of the embedded product development lifecycle.

· Basic knowledge of MCU/MPU, ARM, FPGA, PCB, firmware, Embedded Linux, and RTOS.

· Basic understanding of communication protocols such as Ethernet, CAN/CAN-FD, USB, Modbus, or EtherCAT.

· Basic understanding of software development and version control such as Git.

· Familiarity with project management tools such as GitLab, Jira, Trello, or similar.

Non-Technical Requirements

· Robust communication and coordination skills.

· Good English, documentation, and reporting skills.

· Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

· Experience in embedded product development.

· Exposure to industrial automation or electronics products.

· Knowledge of PLC, OPC-UA, EtherCAT, CAN-FD, or Modbus.

· Experience coordinating prototype-to-production activities.

· Basic understanding of EMC/EMI, DFM/DFT, and product testing.

· Experience working with international customers or engineering teams.
