- Support Project Managers in managing end-to-end research projects (Quant & Qual) Coordinate with internal teams (programming, panel, field, quality) to ensure smooth project execution
- Track project timelines, quotas, and daily field progress Assist in questionnaire reviews, testing links, and survey launches
- Perform basic quality checks and flag issues proactively Prepare project trackers, status updates, and internal reports Communicate with vendors/suppliers for sample deployment and updates Ensure adherence to client specifications and data quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year experience in Market Research / Project Coordination / Operations
- Exposure to healthcare or B2B research
- Experience working with global markets (US, EU, APAC, AU)
- Familiarity with survey platforms (Confirmit, Qualtrics, Decipher, Alchemer etc.)
- Basic understanding of online surveys, fieldwork, and sample management
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and take ownership
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
