We’re looking for a Project Coordinator who can bring structure, clarity and momentum to our fast-moving creative environment.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate multiple branding, marketing, advertising and creative projects from brief to delivery.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into clear tasks, timelines and deliverables.
- Coordinate with designers, copywriters, strategists, marketers, developers, photographers, videographers and external partners.
- Maintain project timelines, task lists and priorities.
- Follow up with team members on pending tasks and deadlines.
- Coordinate client feedback, revisions and approvals.
- Ensure the right information reaches the right person at the right time.
- Track project progress and proactively identify delays or bottlenecks.
- Schedule client meetings, internal reviews and project discussions.
- Take meeting notes and follow up on action points.
- Keep project files, references and communication organised.
- Flag delays, scope changes or potential issues early.
- Support the creative and client servicing teams in delivering projects smoothly.
- Make sure projects are delivered on time, on brief and to the expected standard.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in project coordination, account management, client servicing, advertising, branding, marketing, digital marketing or a creative agency is preferred.
