Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000/month (Based on experience & performance)
Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor all ongoing construction projects.
- Client coordination – regular updates and resolving project-related requirements.
- Labour coordination – manage workers and ensure proper manpower availability.
- Material coordination – plan and ensure materials reach the site on time.
- Prepare and plan next-day work schedules for all active sites.
- Monitor daily progress and ensure work is carried out as per the project schedule.
- Identify potential delays and take necessary action to avoid delays in project completion.
- Coordinate between office, clients, labour teams, suppliers and site teams.
- Conduct site visits whenever required to check work progress and quality.
- Maintain proper project updates and report progress to management.
Key Requirement A responsible and organized person with positive communication, coordination, planning and problem-solving skills, who can ensure projects move forward without unnecessary delays. Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
