We're hiring a Project Associate to own day-to-day project coordination - running multiple projects at once, managing vendor and client relationships, and driving jobs to closure quickly and cleanly. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who wants real operational responsibility in a growing business, not just a checklist to execute.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously (mix of large and small)
- Source, follow up with, and manage relationships with vendors and execution partners across trades (waterproofing, fabrication, flooring, painting, civil works)
- Build and maintain a reliable vendor network with backups
- Own client communication on ongoing projects - updates, coordination, issue resolution
- Support quotation preparation and follow-through to close deals faster
- Visit sites as needed to assess scope, coordinate execution, and ensure quality and timelines are met
- Spot bottlenecks early and push projects to closure proactively
Must-Haves
- Background in construction/civil execution (mandatory)
- 1-4 years of relevant experience - freshers will not be considered
- Owns a two-wheeler (required for site visits across Bangalore)
- Owns a smartphone
- Currently residing in Bangalore
- Fluent in Hindi, Kannada, and English
Valuable to Have
- Prior experience in waterproofing
- Sales or client-facing experience
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent hands-on training
