Role Description The Project Architect role at Nexfore Consulting is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai.

The Project

Architect will oversee architectural design and documentation for safety and consulting projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, local regulations, and industry standards. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing submittals, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and managing project timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. The role involves using Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools to develop and maintain accurate project models and integrating sustainable design principles, including LEED guidelines, into project solutions where applicable.

The Project

Architect will regularly liaise with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders to resolve design issues, support approvals, and ensure smooth project execution from concept through completion.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Architecture skills, including design development, technical detailing, and construction documentation.
- Candidates should possess Submittals-related skills,



including preparation, review, coordination, and tracking of design and construction submittals.
- Candidates should possess Project Management skills, such as scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Candidates should possess experience with Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) or comparable sustainable design frameworks.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and workflows for design, documentation, and coordination.
- Relevant professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution; skilled registration/licensure is an advantage.
- Experience in safety-focused, industrial, commercial, or consultancy projects is beneficial.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in standard architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, or similar), and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
