Wahni IT Solutions, an ERPNext implementation and technology solutions company based in Elamkulam, Kadavanthra, Ernakulam, is looking for a project and operations coordinator to ensure process adherence across our Sales, Project Delivery, and Support teams.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and good at coordination and follow-up. This role also provides an opportunity to learn ERPNext, business processes, and ERP implementation, with potential career growth into an ERP Project / Functional Consultant role.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor compliance with company processes, checklists, and procedures.
- Ensure timely completion of documents, approvals, checklists, and handovers.
- Identify process gaps, deviations, and missing documentation.
- Follow up with teams on pending activities and ensure timely closure.
- Maintain compliance trackers and prepare periodic reports.
- Coordinate between Sales, Project, Technical, and Support teams.
- Support continuous process and quality improvement.
- Develop knowledge of ERPNext and ERP implementation.

Eligibility & Skills





- MBA graduates / Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Graduates from Management, Commerce, BCA/MCA, Engineering, or related fields.
- Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and documentation tools.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to take ownership and work across multiple teams.
- Experience in process coordination, QA, auditing, or documentation is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of ERPNext, ERP systems, or Agile/Scrum is a plus.
- Candidates from Kerala are preferred.
