Project / Account Manager (Arabic + English)

Job Type: Contract Full-Time / Long-term

Experience: 8+ years Experience in project/account management; Experience working for creative or advertising agency preferred

Languages: Fluent Arabic and English (must)

Location/Hours: Able to work in the MENA client time zone, with occasional interaction with US-based clients

Role SummaryWe are looking for a Project Manager / Account Manager (8+ years) to manage day-to-day client communication and project delivery for MENA accounts.

The role will act as the primary point of contact for MENA clients, managing briefs, timelines, priorities, feedback and deliverables while coordinating with internal creative and project teams.

The ability to communicate confidently in both English and Arabic is essential, with occasional interaction with US-based clients in English.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary day-to-day client contact for MENA accounts
- Manage briefs, timelines, priorities, feedback and project deliverables
- Coordinate closely with creative, design and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery




- Translate client needs and feedback into clear internal briefs and actions
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
- Proactively track progress, identify risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track
- Communicate confidently with clients in Arabic and English
- Interface with US-based clients in English when required
- Ensure work is delivered on time, to brief and to expected quality standards
- Support a collaborative and professional client relationship

Qualifications
- Experience in project management, account management or client servicing
- Creative, marketing communications or advertising agency experience is a strong plus
- Fluent Arabic and English, both spoken and written
- Strong client communication and relationship-management skills
- Excellent organization, attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities and stakeholders
- Comfortable working independently and across different time zones
- Robust understanding of creative/marketing workflows and project delivery
