We are looking for a Project Accounts Executive who can manage project-wise billing, purchase and expense entries, and maintain accurate financial records in the company CRM/software.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project-wise accounts and financial records.
- Enter and update sales invoices, purchase bills, expenses and other project-related bills in CRM/software.
- Maintain project-wise billing and expense records.
- Ensure all bills and entries are accurate and updated on time.
- Maintain customer, vendor and project account details.
- Track project billing, outstanding payments and expenses.
- Coordinate with the Project, Purchase, Sales and Accounts teams for required documents.
- Verify bills and supporting documents before entering them into the system.
- Prepare basic project-wise reports and summaries as required.
- Identify missing documents or incorrect entries and coordinate for corrections.
- Maintain proper documentation and records of all project transactions.
- Perform other accounts and CRM-related tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Accounts, Project Accounts, Billing or related roles.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic accounting.
- Experience with CRM/ERP or accounting software will be preferred.
- Good understanding of invoices, purchase bills, expenses and payment records.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple project records systematically.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in project-based companies, construction, engineering, MEP, fire & safety or similar industries will be an advantage.
- Should be organized, responsible and detail-oriented.
- Should be comfortable working with large amounts of billing and project data.
