TailorFlow AI is a Cambridge-based enterprise AI services company that designs and delivers bespoke solutions for complex business problems. We help enterprises and ambitious mid-market organisations identify valuable AI opportunities and implement systems that work in real business environments.

Our customers are based across the UK, South Africa, the Americas and Australia. Most work happens asynchronously, offering flexibility in how team members structure their day. Depending on the project, you should be comfortable maintaining three to four hours of overlap with the relevant customer geography.

We are a small, growing team primarily based in Cambridge, with newer team members working remotely from India. As our international customer base grows, we are adding more remote team members in India.

About the role

We are looking for a Project Analyst to help keep complex AI implementation projects organised, transparent and moving forward.

You will support project planning, coordination, reporting and delivery across international client engagements.

What you will do

- Maintain project plans, actions, risks, dependencies and decision logs.
- Coordinate meetings,



follow-ups and information across clients and internal teams.
- Track milestones and surface delivery issues early.
- Prepare concise progress reports and client updates.
- Support requirements, testing, documentation and implementation readiness.
- Improve delivery templates and ways of working as the team grows.

What we are looking for

- One to three years of experience in project delivery, consulting, PMO, operations or technology.
- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to follow through and hold multiple workstreams together.
- Clear, professional communication.
- Comfort working with distributed teams and international stakeholders.
- Ownership, initiative and calm problem-solving.

It would be helpful if you have

- Experience with Jira, ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com or similar tools.
- Exposure to agile delivery or software implementation.
- Experience preparing client-facing status reports.
