Role Overview

We’re looking for a Project Architect cum Assistant Manager – Projects to support the design, planning, and execution of new First Coffee outlets and renovation projects.

This role combines technical drafting with on-ground project coordination, ensuring that concepts are translated into accurate, practical, and execution-ready drawings while supporting projects through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Create accurate 2D and 3D store layouts for cafés, including seating, kitchen, counter, storage, and service areas.
- Prepare detailed floor plans, elevations, working drawings, and project layouts.
- Coordinate with Projects, Operations, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and ensure execution is aligned with approved drawings and layouts.
- Prepare as-built drawings and update layouts based on site requirements.
- Support material planning, BOQ preparation, and project documentation.




- Review drawings and make modifications based on operational, design, and execution requirements.
- Assist the Projects Manager with project timelines, quality checks, and on-ground execution.

Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in drafting, projects, or interior execution.
- Strong command of AutoCAD and 2D/3D design software.
- Good understanding of café/QSR layouts, kitchen planning, furniture, electrical, plumbing, and civil requirements.
- Ability to translate concepts into practical and execution-ready drawings.
- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Experience in café, QSR, restaurant, retail, or commercial interior projects is preferred.
