Roles and Responsibilities

1.Project planning and scheduling - Develop project plans, set project goals with objectives, establish project milestones and deliverables

2.Timely arrangement of APQP meeting with internal as well as customer and ensure availability of required CFT members

- Attending and controlling customer Open point and closure of the same
- Perform risk management by monitoring and executing response plans

5.Anticipate and highlight risks and alerts in the program and communicate effectively at right level

6.Ensure timely communication of critical information to the internal and external stakeholders

- Ensure no escalations from customer due to any delays or misscommunication

8.Conflict Management : Bring the clarity within the internal stakeholders by defining RASIC

9.Regular release of MIS to customer and Internal Management
