Role Description The Program Manager – Command and Control Centre is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneshwar. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and smooth functioning of the Command and Control Centre for smart city or enterprise operations, ensuring continuous monitoring and incident response.

Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with cross-functional technical and operations teams, supervising control room staff, and managing workflows, dashboards, alerts, and escalation processes.

The Program

Manager analyzes operational data,



prepares performance reports, and recommends improvements to enhance service quality, system uptime, and response efficiency. The role also involves vendor coordination, stakeholder communication, adherence to SLAs, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards, policies, and security protocols.

Qualifications

- Experience in program or operations management, preferably in Command and Control Centres, smart city projects, or complex IT/Network environments.
- Strong skills in team leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Ability to interpret operational dashboards, incident logs, and performance metrics, and translate them into actionable improvements.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise networking, and data security fundamentals relevant to monitoring and control environments.
- Proficiency in documentation, reporting, and process design, including SOPs, escalation matrices, and compliance procedures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in high-pressure, real-time operational settings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in project or service management (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Bhubaneshwar and support shift or extended hours as required by operational demands.
